Young kitten is anxious around dogs and humans

Both of his siblings were killed at the fence by dogs, so I'm wondering if that's why he's so antisocial. He lives most of the time in the woods. What can we do to get him used to us?

It's possible that trauma has caused this kitten to turn feral or "wild". If you truly want to rehabilitate and socialize him, you will need to do what I did with Izzie, who was born under my neighbor's deck. I purchased a large dog cage and outfitted it with a litter box, a "hide box", food and water. I put it in my den, a room that was used only by me. I was able to trap Izzie using a humane trap and canned cat food. I brought him immediately to a vet for exam and innoculations. I kept him in the cage for about a month. I worked on my computer in there and was present in his world but not "in his face". It was 3 weeks before I let him out into the room, door closed, and 6 weeks before he was given the run of my house. I was patient, soft-spoken and let him decide what the schedule for socialization would be. I did not handle him excessively. I also spoke with an expert at rehabbing feral cats at our local humane shelter for their advice. Izzie is an inside cat who never goes out.
