Wysong Dentatreat VS Proden Plaqueoff. which one is better?

I have 1 year old cat.
I'm planning to feed some oral care product to prevent his oral cavity problems.
Many people recommanded Wysong Dentatreat and Proden Plaqueoff. Both product made with good ingridient, but I'm not sure which one has better effect. Wysong Dentatreat or Proden Plaqueoff?

Treats or food alone will not prevent plaque formation or dental cavities in cats. While the effect of chewing a treat or "hard" bits of food can delay plaque formation, cats (and dogs) need to see their vets once a year or so for a dental exam and cleaning if necessary. If they'll tolerate it, we can even brush their teeth once a day for them. While the treats or food can help, your kitten still needs vet care to catch issues before they become real problems.
