I'm sorry, but I really have no idea what you mean by their legs "pointing inside". If their paws are turned toward each other, that's like a person being "pigeon-toed". Since cat's don't wear shoes with inserts that could correct this condition like people can, they just have to accustom themselves to being this way. Most do pretty well.
