We can't diagnose your cat over the internet but we can tell you that shivering and bi-lateral limping are definitely a sign that something is seriously not right. Your cat could be very ill or have suffered a terrible injury. You should get him to a vet ASAP, an emergency vet if your regular vet isn't open this late on a holiday. Please don't delay, these things can be very time sensitive!
