Why is my cat biting her skin until it almost bleeds?

On the inside of her back legs look like they can bleed at anytime. She just won't quit biting at them. Any ideas?

Cats chew on themselves for a variety of reasons, two of the main ones being stress and allergies. Have you checked her for fleas? Recently changed litter or her food? If she is an outdoor kitty, she may have picked up something from the grass. There is a whole laundry list of reasons why she's doing this. The only one who can tell for sure what's going on and treat her for it is her vet. Since we can't see her and we aren't vets here, we can't really "guess" what's going on. She sounds miserable. Best to get her into her doc as soon as you can.
