Why are there no cats,mentioned in the bible?

Maybe it's because Egyptians have always held cats in such honor. If cats were honored by the Egyptians then surely they would be disliked. I don't know, just a thought.

Maybe the person who wrote it didn't think that cats were the most important thing to put in there since there was so much stuff in it anyway.
