What's the best store brand urine odor remover?
I tried home remedies and don't want to wait to order something online.

If someone could invent a urine spot/odor remover that really worked, they'd be billionaires in no time. I, too, have tried home remedies and store brands. I've also tried concoctions I've seen when I googled pet urine removers. Unfortunately, the urine can soak into a carpet and discolor it in a very short time. If the pet repeatedly uses that spot, which most of them do, it can soak through the carpet into the padding and even into the floor. The ideal solution is to get to the spot almost before the pet walks away. I actually keep my Hoover Steam Vac plugged in in my livingroom and if I see a spot, I clean it immediately. I also have a Little Green Machine that I use. If you have lots of places, sometimes your only avenue is to have your carpets professionally cleaned. In extreme cases, removing the carpet, sealing the floor with something called "Kilz" (paint) and recarpeting is the only way. (Been there).

Thanks! One of my cats is peeing on my couch, and I want her to stop. It's hard to clean very well since it's mircofiber and huge. it's pretty embarrassing to have people come in my house and that's the first thing they smell. She's not sick, and I do think initially, it was a dirty box issue, and now, her smell is there, so she thinks, "why not??" Any additional advice would be gladly welcomed!

Warm water and vinegar works for me
Or, the "Resolve" stain remover in the red bottle works pretty well for stains and smells.
smells can be very hard to get out of fabrics, but if warm water and vinegar doesnt work, most pet stores will sell a pheramone remover, or blocker, that may help, or at least keep your kitty from going there again.
