What wet food is good for a kitty with sensible stomach?
Both my kitties love wet food, but one of them has a very sensible stomach and the wet food upsets it. Is there wet food I could give her? Right now they both eat the Evo dry food and I'm not giving them any wet food. I know they miss it, but Kiley's stomach gets really really upset whenever I give her any

Have you ever investigated why your kitty has a sensitive stomach? Is it an allergy, irritable bowel, does she just eat too fast? I know that many wet food varieties contain wheat gluten - it is usually the root cause of food allergies - Wellness has varieties that are gluten free. If it's irritable bowel then there are medications your vet can try to ease her symptoms. If she is regurgitating because she eats too fast there are actually bowls on the market that slow your pet down while they eat - I would talk to your vet if you haven't already to see if there is an underlying medical cause for her upset stomach - then try the Wellness and see if you get a reaction. There is much debate as to which type of food is better for your cat – but I am of the belief that wet food is much healthier – and have eliminated dry food altogether with very positive results. Good luck!

I agree with the former poster "Joey". My cat also has a sensitive stomach (cause unknown). I rescued her three years ago when she was abandoned in my neighborhood. She was malnourished and very sick from pancreatitis. Two vets told me I would have to probably "put her down". After one night at the veterinarian hospital I took her home, gave her sub-Q fluids, and started feeding her Wellness grain free dry food and canned food. My vet could not believe the cat made a complete recovery within one week. My vet had advised me to feed my cat a hypoallergenic diet food they were trying to sell to me. It was full of junk ingredients. I wouldn't feed it to my cat! Needless to say, vets aren't always right. My cat is now a happy, healthy kitty and whoever dumped her lost a good little friend. She's mine for keeps and I love her dearly and wouldn't feed her anything but the best! Good luck with Kiley's tummy problems. Hope this helps.

I've tried EVO wet and dry; it is too rich a food for my cats and they ended up with diarrhea.
All of the Natura products, which include, Innova, EVO, California Natural, Wellness (and I can't remember the others) were bought by Proctor & Gamble. It's been over a year now and even with the Innova I have fed my belovds for years, a few are throwing up, having bowel problems - and even though they SAY they haven't changed, my cats throw up a different color with the new Innova, it crumbles quicker, pieces smaller.
I am almost done with the slow switch-over to "Taste of the Wild" by Wilderness for dry food. Have tried it before, it's very healthy (ingredients), made with purified water as well (My cats drink spring water all the time, too).
For wet food, I can't believe how much they really love the Halo "Spot's Stew". They just don't like the lamb one, or Salmon, but the chicken and turkey, yeahhhhhh!! Open a can, it smells like something you could eat!

One of my boys has a very sensitive tummy as well. According to the vet, he has stress-related/induced colitis. He eats Wellness canned (chicken flavor) twice per day, and he also gets 1/4 cup of Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul dry adult food. After MUCH searching and frustration, I've found that these 2 brands and flavors work best for him. I wish you the best of luck in finding something that works for Kiley as well! It's difficult I know, but hang in there :o)
