What Kind of Cat is She?

I always say she's a Shorthair, but could she be a mix of Domestic Short Hair and Medium Hair? Someone called her a Mediumhair, but she definitely doesn't look like one. I have no idea what her history is.

She's all black (aside from a little "star" shape between her back legs), with shorter, sleek hair covering most of her body, but her belly hair is long and fluffy! The rest of her fur is also VERY thick despite being short and sleek.

My mom bred cats for a long time and I've never seen a tummy this fluffy on a shorthaired cat before.

Here are some pictures of her, they're not very good and they don't really show her "floofy" belly or how thick her coat actually is, but my photography skills are terrible with a wiggly kitty.

She is very pretty! My daughter's Bailey is a Tuxedo (black and white) with short, thick fur too. Since there are an impossible to imagine number of breed combinations in a "moggie" or mixed-breed cat, it's hard to pinpoint 1, 2 or even 3 specific breeds a cat may have in her. They have those DNA tests for dog breeds, but I don't know if it would work on a cat.
