What kind of antibiotics do i need to help heal my leg?

I'm an outdoor cat and last night i scraped my upper front leg pretty good. It's only the first layer of skin and stopped bleeding soon after i did it, and this morning its already starting to dry out. It's a patch of fur missing and a raw scrape the size of a quarter.

I dont think i need to go to the vet since it's starte healing already but is there any antibiotics/creams/gels ect my owner can put on it like polysporin or something to help keep infections away till it heals?

And what about bandaging it up?

thanks!

Since its a surface scrape and is already healing it should heal up fine on its own. Make sure you don't lick it too much and if you see any signs of infection (redness, swelling, weeping, soreness, you feeling sick) go to a vet to get it checked out.

Its probably better to leave it open to the air as it'll stay dry and heal better than with a bandage. I wouldn't use any human antibiotics/creams as these may be poisonous or too strong for cats.

Hope it heals up quickly and isn't too sore >^..^<
