Why are you feeding your kitty milk? Cow's milk is not really digestible for cats and could be part of the problem or make it worse. First things first - if your cat has suddenly stopped eating and is vomiting you should take her to the vet. She could have a simple virus or it could be something more serious. Please take your cat to the vet - she will not last long if she continues to vomit without taking any food. Good luck.

Get her to the vet ASAP. Yellow vomit is a possible sign of feline distemper. Randy survived this horrible virus, but only because he received prompt supportive care.
It could be something less major, of course, and I don't mean to be alarmist. But you won't know for sure until you get her checked out. In the meantime I agree with Joey - stop giving her milk. Beyond that, please get veterinary advice immediately.

Joey, Ralphie and Randy are all right. We cannot give you medical advice over a computer. Vomiting is not a sign of pregnancy in a cat. And, you should not be forcing anything down her throat, especially dairy products which will make her sicker. She needs to go to a veterinarian. If you don't already have one, now is the time to find one. Have her treated and then have her spayed so she cannot become pregnant.
