What is Catster Paw Mail?
I think Catster Paw Mail is for Private Messanging and for group mail, but I'm not sure...

Catster Paw Mail works just like email for humans. It is called Paw Mail because cats and dogs have paws and they are the one's sending the messages. You can send messages to other cats and be friends (this also answers your earlier question). As you join groups and spend time on Catster, you will likely make "friends" with other cats and/or the personality behind the cats. Pawmail is a way to offer support and encouragement during troubling times, as well as spreading the happiness and joy of better times. As with any website though, care needs to be taken to not give out too much information. Unfortunately, there are some not so nice people out there so it is best to proceed with caution.

If you want to send pawmail to a kitty whose profile you admire, find the box under their photo on their page that says "send a message". You can write as much as you want as you are not limited to a number of characters. But, as Cleo says, make sure you don't divulge too much information or give out your personal email unless you have written to this person for a while and you know you can trust them. 99% of Catsters are fine, upright, wonderful people, but like on any other Internet site, you just have to be careful.
