The audio for my video did not get uploaded.... why?

My video has audio. The file itself has audio b/c I can hear it when I play it through Windows Media Center on my comp but after I uploaded it to Catster I noticed the video on my page lost audio. Why? Can anyone tell me how to make sure the audio gets uploaded as well as the video? Thanks!!
