Pooping on the carpet?
Sometimes Noodles poops on the carpet and then acts as though she's digging in her litterbox, trying to cover the poop. Other times, she'll poop in her box and the poop will dangle on her booty, and she'll shake it off somewhere in the house and start digging to cover it...why is she doing this? We put her in her box after she has this type of "accident" but she continues to do it. Sometimes it happens when she wakes up from a nap and is still groggy from sleep...

You don't indicate how old Noodles is. Is this something she just started doing? If so, what has changed in your household? Is the litterbox being kept clean? Maybe you need to try adding another litterbox. Some cats prefer to do their business in two separate litterboxes. My cat was one of them - and hated hooded litterboxes. If it continues, a trip to the vet would be the next step if you haven't already done so. Best of luck.
