My brother's cat has been out all DAY yesterday and comes home this morning, jumps on the couch, and urinates a big puddle all over the seat, this is the first time i have ever seen her do something like this. Now she is sitting in the garage in the same place for some time(i'm thinking for us to let her out?) Would you think I have to take her to the vet? or is this just a bad behavior. She was originally an outdoor cat and I think she's pregnant(or that she eats too much).

I agree with Tasha. I doubt seriously if she's misbehaving by peeing on the couch. She may have a bladder infection and also be pregnant. You need to have a serious conversation with your brother about having her fixed. You don't need to deal with unwanted kittens and either do the shelters or rescues who are already overloaded.

I would get her to a vet as soon as possible. She is trying to tell you something is wrong. Also- she really should be spayed. Please take her to a vet.
