Now she is sitting in the garage in the same place for some time(i'm thinking for us to let her out?) Would you think I have to take her to the vet? or is this just a bad behavior. I doubt seriously if she's misbehaving by peeing on the couch. She may have a bladder infection and also be pregnant. You need to have a serious conversation with your brother about having her fixed. You don't need to deal with unwanted kittens and either do the shelters or rescues who are already overloaded.
