can anyone tell me please how to change the font color on my profile ..i added a background but dont like the font color

Here forums thread where somebody explained how to do it. I haven't done it myself and I prefer font that you can read easily. So many people get all fancy with the backgrounds and font and then you can read a thing they say on their cats page.
