My email is bouncing emails from the Catster community

Catster is telling me that my email address is bouncing emails from them and if they don't respect their wishes, the emails they send me will be placed in my spam folder. How can I fix this. I don't have another email account and I don't want to get another one either?

Contact your email provider to let them know that anything coming from Catster is not spam. The issue is that they ar etreating Catster as a spammer and blocking their emails completely and may report them to other providers as spammers too.

They may need Catster to do something like contact them to complete some documentation to prove they are not a spammer and if they do you can pass it on to Catster HQ.

If none of that works you can set up a free email with gmail and they don't treat Catster as spammers.

Minuit AKA Miss Meany

I know sometimes I get emails in my junk (spam) folder that I don't view as junk, when opened I have the option of "marking as safe." Any further emails from this person or company goes to my email box.
Have a good one.

Julius

I just ran into this same issue. Is your email provider Verizon.net? I just found out that Verizon made some changes that may be causing this. You can view the info here: www22.verizon.com
I changed the port as recommended in that article and I'm hoping this fixes the problem!
