My cat is uncontrollably pooping and vomiting, please help

My cat's name is Bubbles, she's approximately 7 years old and admittedly slightly overweight. She has been living with me her entire life with one other cat, we moved to a new location 5 years ago.
In the last 6 months however, Bubbles has been leaving various excretories around the house. The poo is often large and so is the vomit. As far as I'm aware none of her surrounding environments have changed. And her behaviour concerns me as its only been recently that she's started doing it.
I have on various situations urged my mother to take her to the vet, unfortunately I am a student and have no way of transporting her myself, otherwise I would've been there six months ago.
It breaks my heart to think that my cat who I love so dearly could be unwell, and when my mum doesnt listen to me it usually ends up with me being frustrated and giving up. So im trying to show her there's something wrong.
Any advice to do with any of this situation would be much loved.
Ta, Lauren.

Maybe you can try changing the litter you use and a new brand of cat food. It sounds like she is sick and needs to go to the vet. She could have some intestinal problem or have an infection of some kind. Is there a vet close by? Maybe you could get a friend to drive you and Bubbles to a vet or take a bus.

If the sample shes leaving around are very large like you said it could be that she is constipated. It would account for the vomiting (my recently deceased kitty had megacolon, ick) and it is especially likely since she over weight. Xrays can confirm this.
