If he is being treated by a vet and the treatment hasn't worked, you do need to go back and tell them he's still sick. Cats don't get "the flu" as such, and kitty colds are called upper respiratory infections and can actually be fatal if left untreated. You and your vet need to determine exactly what's wrong, if it's a URI or possibly even an allergic reaction. As much as we'd like to, even if we were vets here, we couldn't diagnose or suggest treatment over a computer. We send purrs and wishes that he feels better soon!
