Remember that we are not vets here, just cat lovers. Even if one of our cats had the same symptoms, we shouldn't tell you how to treat your cat because your cat could have something completely different. You need to take your cat to a vet for a hands-on exam in real time. She could have an obstruction in her throat or even in her stomach of some sort and we can't tell you what that is over the Internet. Most vet will accept a payment plan during these times. You can also call shelters or rescues in your area for a list of vets who will treat at a reduced cost if you can't afford medical care for your cat.

Take your cat to a vet. We are not vets here - just people who love cats, and even a vet cannot diagnose without examining your cat. Your cat could have asthma or an obstruction, or something else. Please go to a vet.
