Kittens and adults with diarrhea, help me help my babies

I have a few cats that have diarrhea, it is green and smells awful! they seem happy and content, they play, and are loveable, nice shiny coats, no problems with eyes, nose or anything else noticible, i just want to help them, but unfortunately in my financial situation i am unable to take them to the vet, that would break me! i have 5 that have the same problem, they are the only family i have, please help me with my babies.
