Kitten only uses litter box when confined.
When I take her out of the bathroom or her kennel she will use the carpet all over the place. Even if I put her litter box near the area she has pooped and peed on, she will use the carpet right next to it. I have tryed many times to teach her how to use the litter box, I've tried confining her ( which is the only time it works).

You need to leave the litter box in one place. Everytime the kitten uses the bathroom other place pick it up and put it in the litter box and then put the kitten in there. Make the kitten scratch in the litter box. It should not take long. Good luck hope this helps.
