Kitten has a Runny Nose

My 8 month old kitten almost constantly has a wet nose - sometimes even a tiny bit runny. It's always clear in colour and she seems really healthy in every other way. Is this something i need to be concerned about?
Many thanks x

Healthy kittens should have cold, wet noses. When they go to sleep it warms up and becomes dry, but when they get active it becomes cold and wet again. If it's runny you should consult your vet.
I have two new kittens and if their noses aren't cold and wet I worry.

If your kitten's nose becomes constantly warm then she could be running a temperature and you should get her checked by the vet.
