Is Vitamin A ok for cats?

My cat has 36 different allergies. Outdoor ones and food. I've been giving him Mannatech's Ambrotose and this has really helped with the allergies. The new Ambrotose is now listing Vitamin A. Is it ok for cats to have Vitamin A?
Thank you

Be very careful when giving your kitty Vitamin A. Too high of a dose can lead to toxicity which causes abnormal bone growth. Whenever dosing your cat with anything, it's always a good idea to check with a vet first.
