Very unlikely. Khao Manee is one of the rarest cat breeds. Currently there is only 1 Khao Manee breeder in the USA. The only way to know is to have his pedigree. While he might look like one, it doesn't mean that he is a Khao Manee as there are many different breeds of pedigree cats that a solid white and have different colored eyes. Also, there are many non-pedigree cats known as domestic short/long hair, with the exact same description as your kitty.
