I'm really small for my age, is this normal?
I'm not exactly sure about my cat, Milk's age, but she is a pretty small cat like her mom. She doesn't seem to be growing anymore and she is one year old with kittens. She is not neutered, because she is an outdoor cat. I would just like to know if it's normal for mother cats to be as small as her. I'm sorry, but i don't know here weight, so it might be hard to leave an answer. Her kittens are getting bigger than her!

Being an outdoor cat is not a reason to not be neutered. In fact it is an even better reason to need it. Indoor cats like mine have no contact with males but are still spayed because it is best for their health and I don't want any mishaps with them sneaking out and making kittens by mistake. However, from reading your pages, ther cats seem more like ferals that you feed than your actual pets? But yes it is normal to be small. Cats come in all shapes and sizes. My Bailey is only 6.5 lbs and Chelsea who is the same breed is 10.2. Even within a litter of kittens, some may grow much bigger than others just as humans come in all different sizes.

Allie's right, kitties come in all sizes.
As for the removal of her lady parts, the term is spayed for girls and neutered for boys.
Your girl should be spayed, especially since she is an outdoor cat. There are all kinds of diseases that girl kitties can get, and the risks go down exponentially when they get spayed. And that's not even considering the obvious upside, the halt of production of kittens that need to be cared for and need homes. Every day, hundreds of thousands of kitties are put down because there is simply no place for them to live. Spaying your kitty is the best way to help, by not contributing to the problem. :)

Lily Rose is a small kitty too, but is a terrorist. We have a black stray cat in our yard and I don't doubt she can take him on and win. Cats come in all sizes from tiny 7 pound Lily to 20 pound Izzie. The others are right, she needs to be spayed. If she is so small one day she could die in kittenbirth from a kitten who is too large to come out. I see by her profile that you have 9 cats. I'd like to have that many too, but they would all be fixed and vaccinated and happy living long healthy lives.
