Go to the orange box in the upper right hand corner of this page and click on it. Look for a listing for "Forums" and click on that. There are two forums which should help you out. One is "help" and the other is "informational". You can ask the people there for their advice on how to switch backgrounds and for the websites they've found who have the best backgrounds.
