			<p>It could be feline acne (my cat was just diagnosed with this).  If bad, he may need antibiotics, and my vet has me dab a bit of hydrogen peroxide on the chin once a day and he also has to wear the &quot;cone&quot;.  Also, replace any plastic dishes with stainless steel or ceramics.  Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get infected.<br /><br />

			<p>Don't worry about the picture - we are not vets here - just pet owners like yourself.  If you are concerned - take your baby to the vet.  I can offer you some thoughts - it may be feline acne which is common and treatable.  It could be an abscess originating in your kittens mouth - and that can become very serious. Or it could be an insect bite or skin allergy.  Best thing is to see the vet and let them take a look.  Good luck.<br /><br />
