Has any cat tried the cat carrier by Dr. Foster & Smith?

Mom is planning to buy either the Escort or the Weekender cat carrier (www.drsfostersmith.com for me). I enjoyed the stroller alot when she took me out sightseeing/bird seeing in our neighborhood, but she would like to get this backpack style so we can go into more places. So we would like to know the pros and cons from anyone who experienced with it before purrrrrrchasing....
