Greetings! I've never seen a fountain in anything else but plastic, but there may be a stainless steel one out there somewhere. I doubt you're going to find a glass one because of breakage/safety issues. But remember, no matter what, the pump will probably be plastic, which can leach into the water, and cause problems if she's really sensitive.

Another option is to figure out exactly what type of plastic she's allergic to. There are many types of plastics, 6 common ones, so maybe you can find a fountain in one that she's not allergic too; or a bioplastic, like PLA, that's made from corn or sugar.

Maybe the best option for Freya is to keep the sink dribbling a little. That's what my big boy Henry loves. Good luck!
