Does anyone else out there make their own cat food?
I've been making my own cat and dog food for a while now. I"m just wonderiing if anyone else out there does it too and if they have any recipes they would like to share...

I do not make my own cat food, but if I were you just stick to the same recipe. Swiching can cause upset tummies.

I feed my cats a raw food diet. Although one is on a mix of canned and raw at the moment because of constipation issues. I feed more of a prey model diet. Not much of a recipe to the diet :) :)

On the left hand side of the page is a tab that says "Community". Click on that and go to "Forums". When you get to Forums, look for the page that says "Food and Nutrition". There is also a page for people who feed their kittiies a raw food diet. And, there is a group called "Chef Skylar's Open Restaurant" that's very active on Catster that you could look up under the same tab under "Groups". There should be some good recipes for Loki there. Beautiful kitty, btw!

I have a baker's dozen cats. They all eat seperate, most of them eat a raw diet. Some eat a homecooked diet. Some eat Wellness, and Core canned. They are all different ages, they have different needs, so I feed them different. They are all doing really well on their food, and I plan to keep them on it.
