Cat doesn't seem to know how to poop?

Alright, Caly is my new kitty (but I've had years of cat-experience) and I got her about a month ago. 2 years old. She seems to have problems getting the poop off of her. She will come out with poo stuck to her and I have to remove it with a wet toilet paper (does not like -- I don't blame her). It usually just falls off, or is a little stuck, and she doesn't seem to be in any pain or discomfort- other than the customary glare to the human touching her bum. She has been quite active, playing.
She is a short-haired manx with only a tuft of fur - so I wondered if it's because she doesn't have a tail to knock it off?
I saw a vet a few weeks ago, but it was just a free "new kitty" visit, and the problem hadn't been obvious at that time. (she had done it, but I attributed it to being nervous about a new litter box) I wonder if I need to take her in for another check up? Or am I just being an over-paranoid Mama who needs to stop freaking?

Cats are like babys you cant get them checked out to often could be cheap catfood could be worms feed the best let your vet check the rest. Save time bring fresh dingle berry... For the record.. Cats dont use their tail to dislodge poop from their fur. Youre thinking of Zoro
