bella can't purr!
our bella cannot purr. we have had her for about 9 months now (she's a year and 3 months old), and she has never purred. odd thing is, when she's being pet, or is laying in the sun, etc. (when she's happy essentially), i can feel a vibration in her neck like she is purring on the inside, we just can't hear it! have you ever heard of this before? is our bella just different? qhy can't she purr? your input would be appreciated!

its like my male cat he dos that .He did not purr till he was 1year old , and it was when we came back from are trip . i thank bella will purr for you sum time with lots of love and care am sure she will purr for you sum time soon . good luck

Bella IS purring, thats what the vibrations is. Some cats do not have loud purrs and some cats don't have purrs that are audible at all!
