Any natural supplements for urinary health?

Well Marshall went back into the vet for a urinalysis after his urethral blockage and he still has a bad infection. They are giving him yet more antibiotics but I wonder if there are any homeopathic or natural remedies I could try. I even thought of acupuncture. She gave me Cosequin because she said that might help with bladder. Anyone have any suggestions?
