Can my older female cat sense that my younger cat is pregnant?
If so, how will the older female cat react?

It's probably the other way around. Your pregnant female will be constantly on guard to protect herself and her unborn kittens. Unaltered cats live to reproduce and that's why there's such an overwhelming overpopulation of homeless cats and kittens in our country today. If they've lived together all their lives and gotten along, there shouldn't be any vicious fighting and the older female may even help take care of the kittens once they're born. But, if your home becomes a war zone, you may have to separate the two. And please, would you consider having your cat(s) spayed after this litter? Thanks!
