6 mo kitten wants to nurse, should I bottle feed him?
I have had him away from mom since 11 weeks, but over the last two weeks, he keeps trying to nurse off blankets, pillows, etc. He eats his food just fine and is completely healthy in every way, but he keeps wanting to nurse. Is this normal? Should I bottle feed him? Any other ideas?

I assume by 'wanting to nurse' you mean kneading and suckling at the same time. Cats will knead when they're content. It's an old wives tale that they do it because they were weaned too early. This can happen in conjunction with suckling on a pillow or fingertip but from what I've read it's just mannerisms and nothing to worry about. At 6 months your cat is fully weaned.
