My 13 yr old neutered male cat is trying to hump my feet or arms at all times this past year?

HOW DO I KNOW MY CAT LOVE ME? SOME SAY THEY WILL LOOK AT YOU WITH CLOSED EYES AND IF WE DO IT BACK THEY LOVE US?
IF MY CAT CLOSES THERE EYES WHEN LOOKING AT ME DOES THIS MEAN THEY LOVE ME >? I DO IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY SEEM TO LOVE IT? IS THIS A SIGN?
