Sponsor: The “Win Get Naked Cat Treats Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Lumina Media, 2030 Main Street, Suite 1400, Irvine, California 92614 (“Sponsor”). NPIC is providing the prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on 11/01/16 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/30/16 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, NPIC (“Promotion Entities”) and their respective officers, and directors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or households are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
How to enter: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period submit your contact information (“Theme”) using the online submission form found at https://www.catster.com/the-scoop/nom-nom-nom-win-a-months-supply-of-naked-cat-treats and include name and email address. The entry form or information submitted are collectively referred to as an “Entries” and the individual submitting an Entry is the “Entrant”. Limit: One (1) Entry may be submitted per household. Receipt of Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
Selection of Winner: Three (3) Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about 12/06/16. The drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible Entries received.
Winners Notification. The potential individual winners will be notified via the email address they provided at entry and must respond within 72 hours to provide an address for the Sponsor If a potential prize winner does not respond to the winner notification in 72 hours or if the email is deliverable (which will be sent three (3) times over a five (5) day period), or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the potential prize winner will forfeit the applicable prize and an alternative winner will be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, prize won, city and state where winner is located and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Limit: one prize per household.
Prize: There will be three (3) prizes awarded of four bags of Get Naked Weight Management Cat Treats (ARV: $19.96). The aggregate value of all prizes is $59.88 Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes if any. No substitution permitted or cash equivalent, except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize will be awarded to the individual who submitted an Entry and is non-transferrable.
Conditions: Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants, and on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor, NPIC, Facebook as well as their respective, employees, officers, directors and agents (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, indirect or direct damages, including, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, expenses, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have, which in any way arises out of or results from use of the Entry or Entrant’s Entry, participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize or in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any force majeure event, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or other cause not within Sponsor’s control. Entrants assume all liability for any injury, including death or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; (iii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, or (iv) the failure of any third party to comply with the instructions and proper administration of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules and/or terminate the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and/or to select the winners from among all eligible Entries received prior to termination. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with the Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Delaware and the terms, or any dispute, will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE SPONSOR’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Winner’s list: For the names of the winners (posted online and available within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends), mail a self-addressed, envelope to Lumina Media LLC, Win Get Naked Cat Treats Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 2030 Main Street, Suite 1400, Irvine, California 92614 no later than 60 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
Privacy: All information submitted by you as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (accessible from http://luminamedia.com/privacy-policy/).
