Catty kitchen accessories have been around forever, but I’m here to tell you that you can add some feline flair to your culinary contraptions without looking like a crazy cat lady. From mixing, cutting, prepping, and baking to stylish storing and serving, these aren’t your grandma’s gadgets! Check out my roundup of some of the coolest cat cooking tools around.

Start off your new kitchen collection with these adorable ceramic cat measuring cups. Four nesting cups with tails for handles make a monochromatic cat family. I have a set of these and they’re so cute; they make perfect little serving dishes, too. $35 for the set from ModCloth.com.

And who wouldn’t want to rest her spoon on this sleek black cat spoon rest from Decole of Japan’s Concombre Collection for $15? Don’t forget to protect your counters with this ceramic tile trivet featuring a mod black kitty graphic; $25 from Amazon.

Get chopping with a cat-shaped cutting board handcrafted from cherry and maple wood. This would also make a lovely wedding gift for a cat loving couple! $40 from Smith Custom Woodworks. Two more options for protecting countertops and tables include this lovely brass cat trivet from Forest Hill Trading Company for $12 or a wooden cat trivet hand cut from Scottish-sourced hardwood for $50 from Dach Crafts.

Embossed rolling pins are all the rage these days and there are plenty of designs featuring cats! These are made by laser engraving the surface of a wooden rolling pin. The continuous design creates an all-over pattern that’s perfect for rolling out cookie dough. There are many different designs available, including this one from Housemate Artist for $34.

Once you’ve rolled out the cookie dough, grab one of these cat-shaped cookie cutters from R & M, $4 to $6, available from Amazon. After the cookies come out of the oven, if you have any left over, store them in this stylish cookie jar with three sitting kitty silhouettes, $54 on Amazon. (Don’t eat too many cookies or you’ll end up like the cat in the middle!)

You’ll want to dress in style while you’re using all your fabulous new gadgets, so grab this cute retro-style cat apron, now on sale for $21 from ModCloth. Make sure to accessorize with these matching potholders ($17 for a set of two from Amazon) and oven mitt ($12 from ModCloth).

When it’s time to clean up, do it in style with one of these handmade tea towels. “Cats are my Jam” handprinted cotton tea towel, $10 from Xenotees, or Siamese cat printed tea towel, $18 from Gingiber. Both would make excellent hostess gifts, too!

And finally, serve it all up and top it off with these black cat party picks from Fred & Friends, $9.50 for a set of 16 reusable picks, available from Amazon.
