This recipe is packed with real meat, with real chicken, chicken broth, and chicken liver as the first three ingredients. The premium ingredients also include real beef and a blend of wholesome fruits and vegetables, like peas, carrots, blueberries, flaxseeds, cranberries, and apples.
While this is formulated for all life stages, it doesn’t contain some of the nutrients that we’d like to see in kitten food, like DHA and ARA. So, while it’s a great choice for adult cats, we’d be tempted to pick something else for kittens. This food is only available in relatively small 5-ounce cans, so if you’re feeding multiple cats, this can end up creating a great deal of waste.

We recently switched to Pure Harmony for our two rescue cats, Ollie and Moochie. With both of them being very finicky eaters we were unsure how they would react to a new food. To our surprise and joy, both of them immediately gobbled it up. We gave them both the wet and dry offerings. Their coats look great and their overall health is good. I wholeheartedly recommend this brand to my fellow cat lovers. I’m blessed to have them and they deserve nothing but the best. Ollie and Moochie say Meow 😻.
