I went to my second cat show this weekend, in the household pet category, mostly to be a familiar presence for my brother Bear, who was being shown as a pedigreed cat. I was such a good cat at the first show (and won so many ribbons) that Mom thought I might enjoy this one. Nope.

Bear ended up comforting me, licking my ears and cozying up next to me for his naps.

Mom was sorry that the judges this time didn't see what a sweet, loving, playful kitty I normally am, but she figures that's their loss, not hers.

I did get an appointment with a glamor-shot photog, though. He was WAY nicer than the judges. He can sound just like a bird, and he had awesome toys. When Mom gets the pix, she will post them.
