Tips for Naming Your Cat

  • Observe your cat’s behavior and personality. If your cat is playful, laid-back, shy, or adventurous, you might want to choose a name that reflects those traits.
  • Some owners enjoy giving their cats human names, like Harry, which can add a touch of humor or irony.
  • Consider your hobbies and interests. If you love gardening, a plant-inspired name might work. If you’re a sports fan, consider names related to your favorite team or sport.
  • When you think you have a name, try it out a few times to see how it feels to say it and how your cat reacts to it before you commit.
