Many Size & Color Options

Easily one of our favorite features of the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo is how many size and color options there are. Regardless of your home’s size or color décor, you will be able to find a Frisco Cat Tree & Condo that matches perfectly.

As for the sizes, the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo ranges from compact to extra-large. The compact design has low-profile trees that only stand 30 inches high. Going up a size, the medium condo is multi-level and is 60 inches high. Next, the large Frisco Cat Tree & Condo comes with three tiers and stands 69 inches tall.

The tallest version of the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo is the extra-large size. It comes with three or more levels and multiple dangling toys. It is over 70 inches tall. For review purposes, we are primarily looking at the extra-large size.

Additionally, there are step options. These steps are great for lounging cats that want easy access to a couch, window, or something else just slightly out of their reach. These steps are not like the other Frisco Cat Tree & Condo options, but it is something to consider if your cat likes hanging out by the window.

Also, the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo comes in many color options. The extra-large condo comes in six colors: cream, gray, brown, black, blue, and cheetah. It’s relatively rare to find a kitty house and play area that comes in this many color options.

Interactive Play Areas

Even the most energetic cats will have plenty of interactive play areas in the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo. Whether your cat likes to perch, hunt, or lounge, there is something for every cat with this house. In the extra-large size, you can even have multiple cats in the interactive play areas at the same time.

Most notably, the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo comes with perches and a lookout tower. This allows your cat to climb and see the world from a different angle. The play area also comes with dangling toys strategically placed to make your cat feel like they’re hunting. The condo also comes with multiple scratchboards, ensuring your cat doesn’t tear up your couches or other items in your home.

These interactive play areas make the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo the one-stop shop for all things feline. With this home, your cat will never be bored again!

Cozy Napping Areas

Even if your cat isn’t the most active, there are quiet napping areas. In the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo, there are two private apartments. These will allow your cat to feel safe to curl up to nap. The inside of the apartments is also made from plush fabric, ensuring that the interior is comfortable and cozy.

Price Value & Durability

For a cat house, the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo certainly is expensive. If you are on a budget, this isn’t necessarily the number-one choice, though you probably shouldn’t be looking for tiered houses at all if you are on a budget. After all, it’s much easier to find an affordable one-level cat house.

With that being said, it has an amazing price value. Because of the numerous perches, toys, and napping areas in this house, it is a cat house, jungle gym, and toys all wrapped into one. Even though it is more expensive up front, you sure do get your money’s worth because of how many features it comes with.

The price value is even more worth it because of how durable the model is. All the parts are constructed well and made from durable materials. This ensures that your Frisco Cat Tree & Condo will last a long time, helping you get your money’s worth.

Ultimately, the Frisco Cat Tree & Condo is expensive, but it is worth the price. Since it has so many cat toys and features, the price is incredibly fair. The brand could easily ask for more money because of its numerous features. Plus, it will last a long time, ensuring that you aren’t wasting your money on a product that breaks overnight. No Replacement Parts

The Frisco Cat Tree & Condo’s biggest downside is that it doesn’t come with any replacement parts. So, you’ll have to buy an entirely new set if even just one part breaks, or else find a way to keep your broken condo safe for your cat, despite its broken features.

The fact that there are no replacement parts does lessen the price value a bit. Because of how expensive this house is, you would like to be able to replace something if it breaks. With that being said, there are no replacement parts because alternating parts could compromise the safety and durability of the entire home.
