Valentine!

Oh my goodness! I have a Valentine! And it's none other than the dreamy Dreamboaty Gunnarr! Can you believe it? I'm such a lucky kitty! Thanks for asking Gunnie! I'm honored to be your Valentine!

I also received a pair of lips from an Anonymouse. Thank you for the lips Anonymouse! I do have a Valentine, but thank you so much for thinking of me!

Monida's horrible, terrible, no good day

*sobs* Guys, I had the WORST day today. I got a ... *shudders* bath. WHAHHHHHH!!!

Mom was watching TV when I jumped on her lap for some loves. She said I stunk! What?! The lies this woman tells. So she went and got some kitty shampoo. It's supposed to be waterless. However, since my mom is cheap, it's not really quality shampoo. And she put WAYY! too much on. So she decided she needed to rinse it out.

This is where my day went terribly wrong. She filled a little water in the tub and dumped me in it! Oh friends, it was awful. Just awful. To make it even worse, it was cold water. Oh I howled and cried, but she wouldn't listen to me. I tried to escape but it was useless.

*sniff* I had to spend the rest of the day rearranging my furs and trying to get dry. I hope I never have to go through that again. At least I smell nice, I guess. :(

I don't like to move it, move it

Hi friends! Thanks for celebrating my DDPs with me. I hope you won't hate me, but I'm going to have to just do a mass THANK YOU!! for all the presents and comments you've given me over the past few months. Between being Cat of the Week, Christmas and my DDPs, I just won't be able to send out individual thank yous. :( I hope you don't mind too much. I want you to know that I read each and everyone and they all mean the world to me.

Mom has a question for you all. What do you all like to play with? Are there any of you who don't really play that much? Mom's been trying to get me to play a little more because I'm uh, fluffy, but I'm not really that interested. Sometimes I'll chase Da Bird for a few minutes, but that's about it. So what do you guys like to do for fun?

DDP again!

Nothing too much is going on here. Tonight my mom took me outside and put me in this white stuff! WTC! It was cold and icky! I wasn't on my harness, and I made a beeline to the bushes, so mom decided that was a bad idea and took me back inside. THANK GOODNESS! I don't know what that white stuff is, but I don't want anything to do with it!

Oh friends. My lazy mom still hasn't done my Cat of the Week thank yous. I'm so sorry. I think I need a new secretary!

Speaking of Cat of the Week - have you all met Bosco? My pals Peekie and Gunnie let me know that he unexpectedly went to the bridge and his family is really sad. Could you all stop by and offer some comforting words?

And if you're not friends with Peekie and Gunnie, you really should be! They are two of the coolest cats out there - Gunnie even protected his mom the other day!

Great coupon

Everyone - have you seen the coupon on Catster for $5 off a 40 lb bag of Precious Cat litter? We use this litter and LOVE it - there's almost no dust and it really hides the smell. And it seems to last a lot longer than the other stuff we were using.

Petsmart sells it here for about $16, and sometimes it goes on sale for $12 or $13 - so this coupon will really help. We can get a 40 lb bag for almost less than a 20 lb container of something else! YAY!

Anyway, we know we sound like a commercial, but we really do love this litter a whole lot. If any of my friends would like a coupon but can't see the ad, let us know, and we can mail you one. You might also be able to get it off their website, but we haven't checked.

My Cat of the Week month

I'm entering my third week of being Cat of the Week! MOL! It's been fun, but I'm ready to pass the torch to some other kitty so they can have just as much fun as I have had!

One of mom's resolutions is to get my thank yous done soon!

I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas and that 2012 is a fabulous, super wonderful year for all our friends!

Speaking of resolutions, one of mom's resolutions is to get out of the house more, so you might not see us around quite so much. But don't worry! We're still here! We just might not be able to comment on diaries or pictures all the time. But we'll still be reading everything and trying to keep up! We just wanted our friends to know so you don't worry or think we've left.
