Thank you to my friends Friday and Marmelade!

Yesterday we had two surprises. First, Mommy found a package in the mail! It was from Friday and his family They sent me and Tiny some toys for iur birthdays! We got a package ofSkitter Critter mice, which are my favorite mice ever. And we got two Yeoww! Catnip tuna fishies! That's the best catnip I ever had. Mommy took a picture of me playing with one of my mice. She will try to take one of Tiny, but he spends a lot of time begging near his dish and not a lot of time playing. Thank you, Friday! We love our presents!

The second surprise was that Marmelade's mom sent us this wonderful background to help celebrate the Fourth of July and summer! I think it looks really cool. And Flag Day is this week, so it's perfect timing for us to wave the stars and stripes!

A strange visitor

Last night, I heard noises in my yard. I went to the window to take a look. Earlier, Mommy threw out leftover popcorn, thinking the squirrels would eat it in the morning. But it sounded like something was eating it now. It was 11 PM, and it was no squirrel eating that popcorn. It was a SKUNK! But he didn't look like an ordinary skunk. He has fur that looked striped, almost like me! But these were diluted stripes. And the top of his head was pure white! I have to say, he was a pretty skunk. Mommy said they make good pets if you take the scent glands out. I hope she doesn't get any ideas!

Happy Birthday to Me!

I can't believe I'm five years old today! Mommy didn't see me for the first time until I was about a month old. She always wonders what I looked liked when I was born. She says I was a cute kitten though.

I am happy to celebrate my birthday with my Catster friends. Let's party!

Happy Mother's day to all the cat moms and people moms! I love my Mommy and my Grandmom! Today, Tiny and I will give lots of purrs and kisses to our Mommy to show how special she is.

It's Chuckie!

Oh boy! Spring is in full gear and summer is around the corner. How do U know? Chuckie's back! Oh, Chuckie is my neighborhood groundhog. Actually, I don't know if this is the same Chuckie. My old Chuckie had two great big teeth on his bottom jaw. This Chuckie doesn't have them. Plus he's got a little tail. And he's not that fat yet. But I'm going to call him Chuckie anyway.

I also saw a bluejay on the fence this morning. He was so handsome, but he squawks loud. There have been tons of birds outside. I love to chatter at them. I have no idea what I'd do if one came near me for real. I might be scared. I asked Tiny, and he doesn't know either. He saw birds up close when he was little, but he forgets what he did when one came close to him.
