Not much has changed since I last wrote a diary. I still whine and whine when the dang basement door is closed. Really, it's because of the twins 'cause they like wires and paper and things they shouldn't eat...
Ruins it for the rest of us, mainly ME!
I will continue to whine until I get to go downstairs :)

So Main Coons, and Ragdolls (maybe other breeds?) take 4 years to be full grown unlike most cats who are after what, 1-2 years?
Well I'm 3 and some change. My pawrents have noticed I'm a BIT more social! I'm an INDEPENDENT Raggie, where most ragdolls are like dogs in cat's fur: depending on owners, follow them like a dog, etc.,
Tiski fits that mold, Mittens is sorta like that but he doesn't like to be petted (just his belly and chin rubbed). I'm on the other end of the spectrum but I'm starting to move into the more social side. I wonder if it's because I'm turning into a man cat?

Meow!!! Mom just logged on the typy for the first time and saw that my friends Callie and fam, Colleen, and Toby and fam sent me gifties as today is my Gotcha Day! 3 years ago I met my gigantic brothers and my pawrents :) Thank you guys for making my page spiffy!
And what a treat it was to meet Grandpaw a year later! I hate to admit it, but he's my favorite in the family. He lets me downstairs in the basement, he laughs at how I paw and whine at the door to be let down in my "cat cave". Also, grandpaw wears socks and I loveeeeeeeeeeee feet (always have) so that's another plus for him. Mom lives in flip flops=aka no fun.
I did get some new treats. Mom found the "milk" and "Hairball" flavored Temptation treats at PetSmart. I didn't care for the milk ones but boy do I love the hairball ones!

Oh the nerve! Grandpaw BBQ'd chicken 'cause mom doesn't know how to use it and dad had to leave early for work.
Mom wanted to make chicken burritos for dinner. While she was tearing apart the chicken for the burritos, naturally she gave us a bit 'cause us cats LOVE chicken!
OH THE NERVE!!!!!!! Mom threw a tiny piece down for me and BOOGIE ATE IT!!! I got SOOOOOO mad at him, I swatted him and made an irritable/ANNOYED BEYOND WORDS noise and grandpaw and mom laughed!
HUH!? Laughed?!?!? They should have came to my rescue and grounded Boogers!! But alas, I got some chicken and immediately left the kitchen and pouted. I mean, really. LAUGHING at me?!?!?

Yes, months later, I'm still meowing and defending MY basement.
But to make matters worse, Hondo, Fido AND THE STINKY dog have decided it's THEIR spot too! And here I thought it was my safe place, my sanctuary, a place where many of my siblings didn't bother checking out.
The basement door is always closed as the twins (Tiskers/Mittens) will chew cords given the chance. But overall, most of us prefer the main level and upstairs. I like the basement, it's where grandpaw lives. And we have a finished basement and there's even a bed down there for ME! Ok ok, yeah you're right... It WAS the dog's bed, but I claimed it.
So because the bed is DOWNSTAIRS in MY AREA, it just enforces the fact that the basement is MY AREA!!! Hmph!

Ethan may think he's top dog, but I don't think so!!
The other day I had enough! Had enough of him trying to get me to play with his bone, had enough of him smelling me, had enough of him barking and trying to lick me.
So, I backed my "smack" with my 10.5 of muscle and hit him on the nose!
Greatttttttt, he thought that was fun and now does it more...

332 cats on Catster celebrate a birthday today and I'm one of them!
Boogie already wrote about this blessed event but he is right... I will get grandpaw love, I will get basement time even if I go "hoarse" (HORSE?!?!?) from meowing, and I will attack feet with socks, although that might be hard to find being that it's hot outside.
I'm not much of a treat eater, and I'm pretty picky too! But I know I'll get lovies :)
I did get an early gift. Mom ordered some lamps for the master bedroom and they came in a HUGEEEEEEEEEE box, and I've been guarding and having fun in the box. Mom said it's mine!
Now, if only I could get Lambie back from the thief Sully!!!!

Yeah I know, you're probably thinking, "What?!?! Proclaiming his birthday?!"
It's true. Both Sully and I have made a truce, and since it's his 6th Birthday June 21, I'm going to LEND him my lambie...
NOW... If something happens, note, he will PAY!
For now, I'll sit back, enjoy my freedom (lambie can be demanding) and let Sully take care of Lambie and embrace some "tricks" I taught him mwhahahahah
