Ok....

Alright now.. I have tried to be nice and friendly with my kitty room mate Kelly, but he keeps picking on me. Mom keeps telling me that he will be going back home soon but today I had it! I was sitting in the front window just enjoying the warm summer sunshine, I was almost asleep.. purring away and then out of no where Kelly attacked me :( At first I just jumped up and looked at him sadly and then when he went to bop me on the head I growled and jump on him and we both fell to the floor... Mom ran over and picked me up and put Kelly upstairs for the day but I was sad all day.. I stayed with mom and cuddled with her. I am a friendly kitty and I love everyone, why does Kelly have to pick on me... I am so sad...

Ebony!

Good news.. Mom saw Ebony twice this week already. My fur mom ran away before winter hit and we couldn't find her any where. Mom is trying to find here. She keep putting food out for her and hopes that a day soon she can get close enough to pick her up. For now she doesn't let anyone close, so mom will keep trying and will set outside so that Ebony will get use to her again. My human dad thinks she might have a litter near by and that is why she doesn't want anyone to touch her. He thinks she is scared that we will take her away from her babies. So mom will keep watching her and trying to follower her. If what my human dad says is true, then mom will get ebony and the babies and take them to the vet right away!

We are all hoping that someday soon, Ebony will come home. Untill then mom will keep an eye out for here and keep putting food out for here everyday. Mom says she saw here last night in a feild near us. She went to try and follower her, but she got away. When mom staied in the feild for a little while and listen, she could swear she heard mewing. Looks like my human dad might be right. So now mom has to try and follow the mewing and hope that Ebony doesn't quite her kittens so that we can bring her home.

Our two new room mates

Well, Mom is caring for two new kitties for a few months. At first I didn't know what to do with them, and now I just stay away. The one younger kitty Kelly, always picks fights with me. It makes me so sad. All I want to do it play and cuddle and he is so mean to me. Mom tells me not to worry cause they will be gone in a few months. My poor face can't take anymore. He has scratched me three times and my nose hurts :(. As for the older kitty Chewy, he hides alot and doesn't like other kitties. At least he hasn't hurt me. So I just sit in my window trying to stay out of their way. Mom cuddles with me and lets me know that I am still loved.

Fall is comming.

Well today we knew for sure that fall is on it's way. All day it rained, I just sat in the window watching the drops fall.Mom has already put up alot of halloween stuff, she is a bit crazy with the holidays. At least it gives me something to do. I love to watch mom put up things around the house and get mad when the lights don't work MOL. Soon mom will be making her blankets again, which is something that all us cats love. We always lay on them, or hide under them, or even play with the yarn as it moves around. I can already smell all the yummy fall food that mom makes, we always get a little something. Mom spoils us like them :) Well I am off to see what eles I can get into before bedtime. See you around my kitty pals

New doggy sister

Well everyone,

WE got a new doggy sister, her name is Goldie. Mom found her in our local shelter all alone and scared. When mom brought her home she was covered in fleas, over 500! She didn't have her nails cut, they were curling in on themselves and she wasn't groomed at all. When mom gave her a flea bath, she saw how dirty she was. The bath water was a dark brown/redish/black color. Poor dog was neglected for a long time. Mom also found out she is purebrede and has been taking away from her other owners because they were not caring for her. I like our new doggy sister and I try to cuddle with her all the time, just like I do with my doggy sister Coda, but this doggy likes to bark at kitties. This makes me sad, I love dogs. Maybe one day we will be friends. I hope soon because I really want to cuddle.

Update on Patches

Hi everyone,

Sorry it has taken so long for me to update everyone on Patches. He went into the vets last friday and is now fixed. YAH. we are so happy that all went well. Thank you all for your support and kind words.

Off to the vets

Well our boy patches is going in to get his 1 years shots so that one week from this friday he can be fixed. Now, He doesn't know anything but mom doesn't want a stinky house, So off to the vets to be fixed. He will be fixed on the 3rd of July. Please keep him in your thoughts, I know most cats go through this with no problems but a few years ago we almost lost a cat. We had a boy kitty named shadow and he went into to be fixed but for some reason he had a bad reaction to the drugs he was given and had a fever of 105. They had to keep him for two extra days with Iv fluids. We almost lost him. We were going to fix Ebony first but she is still nursing(I know they can nurse after being fixed but I want to give her a break) plus Patches is starting to do the tom cat thing and spray YUCK! My poor couch, I had to use the steam cleaner twice already. Please keep patches in your thoughts.

Watch Cat on Duty

Everyday I have a job and that job is to sit in the front window and watch for anything I think might be a problem.I check in the mornings to make sure everything is fine, most mornings it is but sometimes I have to scare off other tom cats in the area, in the afternoon there is never a problem, I just sit in the window and watch the world go by, but when evening comes, there is always something to do. Most nights I have to sit for hours because there are alot of cats in the area and I need to be able to warn them off. I growl and thump my tail untill they listen and leave. At times there is a human I don't like and I will show my teeth and hissss, if I don't know them then they need to leave. I make sure that they know that they need to earn my trust. I am very protective of my family.
