I Smell Sweet!

Dear Diary,

Oh there have been so many things going on in my life that I haven't written to you about! First, on Sunday, I ran around the house like a maniac! I flew in the back door, scrambled through the kitchen, and dining room, made one bounce off of the ottoman in the living room and then over the back of the big chair before I disappeared towards the bedrooms! Mommy said: "What was that???!!! A rabid raccoon??" Purrty good fur an Olde Furt huh? *giggle*

Then yesterday, I stole Edgar's chocolate 'n cherries Cat in the Clover bed that mommy put on the dining room table. I got on it at noon when mommy came home fur lunch and I stayed on it until 6:15!! *hee hee*

Oh, and my title? "I smell sweet?" Well mommy can't stand perfumes! She gets effurrything unscented, hairspray, deodorant, detergent, etc. etc. She and daddy both can't stand the smell of scented candles, plug-ins, etc. etc. Her one indulgence to "smelly things" is an after shower spray and she always tries to get a "light" and "fruity" one, not a spicy or flowery one. Well I just love the one she has right now! This morning, after she showered? I went in and rolled and rolled all over the bathroom floor! When mommy picked me up tonight and buried her nose in my back she said: "Emmy! You smell sweet!" I have mommy's after shower spray all over me! MOL!

I am Appalled!

Dear Diary,

I just read the diary of my dear furriend, Wally
and I am appalled! He writes that somekitty has complained to HQ about the use of the word "order" in the diary of one of the most wonderpurr kitties in Catsterland, the beautiful, selfless, big-hearted, always caring Miss Hazel Lucy! I can't believe it! Who would be so petty?

Why Miss Hazel Lucy looks out fur effurryone! She is always helping out kitties in need! Why I could just cry!

I'm so sorry sweet Miss Hazel Lucy! that this happened to you and I so hope that your sweet feeling aren't hurt by it.

"Remembering" Wally?

Dear Diary,

I cannot "remember" Wally because I didn't join Caster until after he left this world behind to go to the beautiful Rainbow Bridge. But you know what? Even though I can't "remember" him, I know him! I know him as an angel! And from how sweet and kind and caring and thoughtful he is, I suspect he was an angel all along who just visited us on earth fur a while.

Wally has been unfailingly kind and thoughtful to me and my brofur, Edgar. He always thinks of those in need and extends a caring and loving angel paw. We are hoping that his mommy is feeling his love tonight on this sad anniversary and knowing that Wally is free from pain at the Bridge and watching over her constantly.

Countdown to lonely time!

Dear Diary,

My mommy and daddy are going away! They haven't told me this but I know because I can read minds. They are going to leave early on Saturday morning and not come back until late the next Saturday night! I am going to miss them so much! Sure, there will be someone here who will come visit me effuryday and feed me and my fat brofur Edgar. But I won't even eat my treat food for daddy! I will only eat it if mommy gives it to me and then pets me and coos to me while I eat it. So I guess I'll starve. I guess mommy doesn't care if I starve or die of loneliness. *sniffle*

Counting down.... three more nights after tonight and then no more mommy or daddy and no more CATSTER (!!!) fur me for a whole 8 days!!! Waaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!

Who Loves me....?

Dear Diary,

Who loves me? That's my question. One week ago some kitty gave me an anonymous heart with the message: "Can you guess whose heart you have??" So somekitty loves me... but I don't know who!

But I know I have my daddy's heart! MOL! Just look at all the new pictures I posted of him trying to love on me! (Most of them are on the second page of my photo album). Real men love cats!! And... I guess I kinda like him too...

1. How mene toes duz yew hab? I have sixteen toes.

2. Is yew marreed? No. I had a boyfurriend, Punkin who is a furry sweet boy, from a wonderpurr furmily and still furry dear to me. But I think I jumped into the boyfurriend/girlfurriend relationship too soon and I think maybe I expected too much from the sweet guy and, well, anyway, I broke it off. It was all my fault. Any kitties out there who read this take heed, don't be hasty in making a committment to some kitty as a boyfurriend or girlfurriend if you aren't absolutely sure because you can really hurt a kitty's feelings if it doesn't work out. I did. I'm sorry Punkin.

3. Duz yew hab short, medium, or long hairs? Short to medium.

4. Duz yew likes tew dress up? Absolutely not.

5, Hoo gots da stinkeeeest gas in yore house??? That would be mommy. MOL!

6. How mene toys duz yew hab? Oh gosh, let's see...um...17, I think. Which is an awful lot of toys fur a kitty who doesn't play much!

7. Is yore tale straight, kinked, curly, fat, thin, or jus rite? My tail is just right!

8. Hab yew eber killed a reel mousie?? I don't think so.

9. Is yew beeyooteeful, hansum, or uglee?? Mommy thinks I'm beautiful.

2. I am a furry finicky eater and I prefer my little bite of Fancy Feast treat food in the evenings to be served at room temperature.

3. I like to sit on my mommy's lap when she is on the computer; and then I like to get off her lap, and then I like to sit on her lap, and then I like to get off her lap, and then I like to sit on her lap... well you get the picture.

Dear Diary,

I heard mommy tell daddy tonight that she had talked to the v-e-t about me today and the v-e-t said that since I have been acting like I feel just purrrfectly fine since I went to her last week that she doesn't think I need to come back fur the FIV test and the x-ray unless I start throwing up and acting sick again! Yippee!!! I didn't want to go back to the v-e-t and neither mommy nor daddy wanted to take me back because I cry all the way there!

So... the plan is: keep eating and not throwing up and play with the pipe cleaner toys and holler at mommy while she is on the computer! If I start acting sick again, diary, I will let you know!
