Moist food neglect

So ever since Hondo had the runny newmies, our moist content has been at a halt. Not completely but I don't get moist like I used to...

I'm blaming Hondo.

Mom says she's trying new foods to prevent Crystal from coming, not that we've had that ever, but Hondo has had a UTI and mom hates when he's ill as he's really hard to diagnose at times. Plus he's a DIVO when he's sick, sorta like mom when she's sick...

I bet Tessa doesn't have to endure this torture...

Chub chub chub chub

Lately everyone including my siblings have this chat going on when they see me. *Chub chub chub chub* and I find that insulting!

I'm muscular! Not chubby! Sure I sometimes miss jumping on the back part of our fluffy chairs and get embarrassed. But that doesn't make me a chubbers!

Chubby Chub Chub is another chant I hear.

All that matters is that my wifey Tessa loves me and will kiss me even if I'm not Irish! :)

Mom threw her back out today...

I'm sorta to blame but who could blame someone as handsome as me! Mom was folding clothes and then she wanted to make the bed that I was laying on. Mind you, it's THEIR bed, but I own this place!

I said no so mom pulled the comforter closer to her, and she felt a tiny pinch. She then continued to make the bed with me on it and then she stood up and she knew her back was pulled.

Well, next time don't try and push me off the bed!! I like it messy! Who wants to make a bed in the first place?

Ok, I'm guessing it's from my beautiful wifey Tessa!! It was addressed to me!!

Mom always said I look like a Lion! RARRRRRRRRRRRR! I have a big mane and dang, I'm just huge! My new nickname is MittMOOSE.

Mom was on the phone w/ Barb and our door bell rang. Mom got up and saw a package from Dr. Fosters! Inside was a HUGEEEEEEEEEE Yellow Lion with a blue mane!

I wonder if Tessa wants me to dye my fur? Anything furrr her!! MOL!

Oooooooooooo thank you Tessa for this kyoot Valentine's Gifty!! I'm in the midst of smackin' the ugly kitty, Ethan, as he's all up in my face trying to steal my toy! HE IS BAD!!!! :D

Happy Birthday to my wifey Mittessa (Tessa)

WOW! My wife Tessa is going to be 5 years young February 2nd! I know, I know, older cat. What can I say? She's hot! :) On my side of the world, today is her bday! And she's been 5 years old for 48 minutes on her side of the world!

So mom finished her bday gift yesterday, but while we missed the storms that are doing major damage in KS, IL, etc., we didn't get it out on time :( Something about painting the Master bath got in the way and something about the post is probably messed up near her...

But have no fear! Nothing wrong with extending one's bday!! It's sleeting out now and I think it's warm enough that it won't freeze. So I gotta get her gift out today!!!

So don't get me wrong, glad we got 6 inches of snow as mom enjoyed trying out her new snowblower :)

BUT...

Tuesday we're supposed to have an ice-storm. It could miss us but it may not. It's supposed to be 1-2 inches of ICE!! NOW what's even worse is Tiskers' Cardiologist appointment is at 10am Tuesday! Mom has to call later today to reschedule as it's not worth anyone's life for an appointment that can be done in the next week or two.

WHAT IS EVEN WORSE?!?!

Mom is still working on Tessa's bday gift as her birthday is February 2!! She has my Vday gift already but mom is still working on the BDAY gift. AND if Mother Nature MISBEHAVES?!?! She won't get to the post in time!!! :(

Wahhhhhhhhhhhhh I've never been late on these things!! Tessa is gonna hate me! I'm so upset I might eat another helping of nom noms!!!!!!!!!!!

Mom says we knead to cute our food intake if we're gonna help Boogie beat the battle of his bulge...

I'm so not liking this! I'm meant to be extra muscular. After all, my dad was 26 pounds!

The other day I broke the zipper off of my activity mat from Tessa. Oops, my bad! Perhaps mom shouldn't have put catnip in that area! Sure, that's what that area was for... She's such an enabler!

Gifts from my wifey Mittessa (Ok, it's really Tessa)

Poor Tessa was worried about the gifts she sent as they took 10 days to get here!! I'm betting we have Pansy to thank for that? MOL

Oh my!! I was sniffin' the package mom brought in. It's windy here but mom braved it to check the mail. She was coming in and saw a package on our porch! She called for me, "Mittenssssssss Tessa Wessa sent you something!"

OMC! I got a bag full of her luscious fur which was 3 months in the making! A cute card with sweet lovie things inside *gags for Calvin*, TWO bags of my favorite Party Mix (cheese and brown bag), a cute mousie toy that I bet I'll chew up by tonight and the creme de le creme? A MAT with mousies, pouch for catnip, and on each end there's things to do (feathers, stringies). It's an activity mat! I've never seen one before!!!!!!!!!! OMC!! Thank you Tessa!

Mom is going to try and take pics of me later. She still has her cold but is in the non stop runny nose stage. She doesn't want to Booger on my mat (nor do I want my brother Boogie on it).

Santa Paws came!

Santa Snowmitts with white paws that is :) We all got a huge box for Catmas from our besties (and my litter mate and brother) Biscotti and family!!! For Catmas get to share the pretty stripe Polo shirt 24 months (we're big), a HUGEEEEEEEE blue bag of Party Mix, 2 green mousies, a red mousie, silver glitter mousie, blue glitter ball (Porkers' fav), a Santa man toy on a string, a potent catnip snowman, a red lil' grinch like bear, a tub of Appetizers from Fancy Feast and mom got 2 ornaments (lil' cute candy looking ornament and a pretty pink doggy poodle) a candy can for mom and a lil' K-cup thing for a gift mom bought Dad (can't say as he sometimes reads my diary).

I told mom, "Yo, not gonna pose with the shirt until I get some FOOD in me. Boogie might have obliged but me? NO WAY" hehe
