good mews!

Guess what? The doctor's assistant called momma yesterday and told her that my ALT had gone down from the 390s to about 140. 100 and below is 'normal' so this is very good Mews!!!! The assistant said that the doctor would call momma once the cyclosporine level tests come back.

This morning started out very good. momma petted me a lot and the big orange boy was a bit jealous. Momma was so proud of me that I stayed in my chair even when O came by and went under it! I gave momma a bunch of purrrs and a big smile!! she loves those!

more needles

tomorrow I go for more needles - that is so that they can test my blood. momma has to get up extra early, it makes her grumpy. hopefully momma won't fall asleep at the wheel MOL!!! momma is purrraying for good mews - me too!

Cat of the Day!!

Who Me?? Cat of the Day?? Mewwwwy Mew!!

So many of my bestest friends knew before I did! Me and momma woke up and looked at our main catster page. Guess what?? momma didn't even notice my picture there, she was so tired! She clicked on my mailbox and there was a message from Buddie in big letters COTD!!

Thank you so much to all of my catster friends for sending such nice messages and presents. I will do better thank you's later. I just want to say thank you so much for all of the kindness, love, and support you all have shown me. It means a lot to me and to my momma. Thank you also to catster, we love your site, and thank you for the honor!

Thank you and more Mews

Mewwwy Mew!! Me and momma want to say thank you so much to our loving catster friends who watch over and think of me. One of my family of friends sent the message "Let your light shine". That means a lot to me and momma - no one else knows until now that she calls me sunshine. She says that my light shines brighter than the sun. She says that when I first came into her life, I showed her a 'spark' and my big bright eyes and she's never been the same! What a silly momma!!! They say the silliest things sometimes.

I went to get my T4 tested, even though the vet lady thinks it won't show anything --- just in case. And momma learned how to give me a B12 injection in case she wants to take that over - she said it was easy. I don't think she actually did anything MOL! okay, maybe she did!!! I pretended not to notice too much. The nice vet tech lady told momma she could push quicker on the syringe. Momma hates shots, but says it wasn't too bad (what?? She didn't get the shot, it was me!! he he!!)

Mewwwwy Mew, my ALT went up to about 390 and my other liver levels were also high. my prezzies that I leave in the catbox are not good either and haven't been for a while. I am on a higher level cyclosporine starting yesterday and momma has a call in to my vet. Momma has a tendency to relive what happened to me 3 and a half years ago every time things get worse, and she's especially worried 'cause when I first got sick, my poopies were not good for a month, and well they haven't been for at least that long now. looks like my IBD and liver are both acting up together :( mew mew mew...

tests tests and worried mommas

Today I went back to the doctor's office to have my blood drawn to check my ALT. Momma found out that my cyclosporine level test came back under the therapeutic dose level. So they are suggesting my cyclosporine doseage get increased. Anyway, we will know tomorrow if my ALT is still going up. It was about 315 2 weeks ago.

Momma went out of town for about a day. Me and my brofurs all had fun with the nice lady who stays with us. I hid under the chair all night just to punish momma though for leaving me! Momma pulled me out this morning, put me in the bed and kissed and cuddled me for a while. I love momma, that's why I was upset that she left MOL!!!!
